your team needs.

These are illustrative starting prices for one-time example scopes, not subscriptions. Final deliverables, schedule and commercial terms are agreed in a written quote after we review your brief.

01 / ONE FOCUSED REQUIREMENT

Module Adaptation

Turn one recurring calculation or plotting requirement into a reusable, documented module.

From USD 1,490

One-time project · written quote

  • You provide: one input format, the required output and a reference example
  • You receive: one adapted existing module, sample inputs and usage notes
  • Review: checks against agreed reference examples and one consolidated review round
  • Handover: source and documented assumptions

Example: adapt a plotting module to a fixed table layout and an agreed figure template.

02 / A REPEATABLE PROCESS

Research Workflow

Turn a recurring data-to-result process into a workflow that can be rerun and reviewed.

From USD 3,490

One-time project · written quote

  • You provide: representative inputs, the current steps and a target figure or calculation note
  • You receive: one workflow with up to three agreed modules, reusable templates and a guide
  • Review: reference input/output examples and two consolidated review rounds
  • Handover: source and one walkthrough

Example: connect an agreed table format, a defined calculation and a repeatable report output.

03 / SHARED TEAM PRACTICE

Team Delivery

Give a team a consistent toolset, shared review criteria and the material needed to operate it.

From USD 7,900

One-time project · written quote

  • You provide: team roles, supported environments, example inputs and acceptance criteria
  • You receive: one team workflow with up to six agreed modules and shared templates
  • Review: documented acceptance checks and two consolidated review rounds
  • Handover: source, deployment notes and two team walkthroughs

Example: package a shared calculation and reporting procedure with operating and handover notes.

The public browser tools and Scientific Graph Studio remain free to use. A service package pays for agreed implementation work, documentation and handover. It does not unlock features or require a license key for the public toolkit.

SCOPE BEFORE COMMITMENT

Know what the brief includes.

A module means one bounded calculation or plotting task. New algorithms, integrations and unusual data formats can change the scope and price.

What the starting price does not include

Hosting, third-party licenses, paid APIs, data cleaning beyond the agreed input specification, ongoing maintenance and new scope are excluded unless explicitly included in the quote. Regulated validation, certification and engineering sign-off are outside these example packages.

Prices are indicative USD amounts, not a binding offer. The written quote determines the final price, billing currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, delivery timing, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property terms and any support period. No response-time or availability SLA is included by default.

FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

A clear agreement at every step.

01

Describe the result you need.

Identify the task, users and environment. Describe the input format, desired output and one example your team would accept. Use a non-confidential sample; the contact page prepares an email draft locally and does not upload files.

YOUR BRIEF
02

Agree the work in writing.

Review the scope, exclusions, reference checks, price and delivery plan. Work starts only after written acceptance and the agreed payment arrangements.

SCOPED QUOTE
03

Review, verify and hand over.

Compare the output with the agreed reference examples and acceptance criteria. Each review round collects one set of feedback on that scope; new requirements are scoped separately. Receive the agreed source, examples and operating notes.

DELIVERY
PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before you request a quote.

Do I need to pay to use the tools?

No. The public browser toolkit and Graph Studio are free. Paid service packages cover custom work for an agreed brief; they are not subscriptions to the public tools.

Can I buy a package immediately?

There is no online checkout. The quote request opens the contact page, where you can prepare an email. Requesting a quote does not place an order or create a payment obligation.

Are the starting prices guaranteed?

No. They illustrate the budget for a bounded example scope. Complexity, input quality, integrations and requested deliverables affect the final quote. We agree those details before work begins.

What if I need one small change or a larger project?

Describe the task. A package is a useful starting point, not a requirement. A smaller adaptation or a larger implementation can be scoped separately.

Does delivery include ongoing support?

Only support expressly included in the written quote. Ongoing maintenance, additional training and later changes are separately scoped. There is no default uptime or response-time guarantee.

Can these tools replace engineering approval?

No. Reference checks help verify an agreed implementation; they do not certify a design, establish regulatory compliance or replace qualified engineering judgment. See the website terms.

A short description and a non-confidential example are enough to start the conversation.
